Jellylogic, Bluemap IT Solutions Private Limited provides professional digital services including, but not limited to, web development, application development, consulting, design, and technology services. As our offerings are service-based and not physical products, the following refund policy applies.


1. Nature of Services

All services offered by Jellylogic are:

  • Custom in nature
  • Delivered based on client-specific requirements
  • Initiated only after mutual agreement, approval, or formal onboarding

Services are not sold directly through the website. Any payments made via the website or integrated payment gateways are considered advance payments, milestone payments, or service retainers.


2. No Cancellation or Return

Since Jellylogic does not sell physical or standardized digital products:

  • Cancellation after service initiation is not permitted
  • Returns are not applicable
  • Change of mind after payment is not eligible for a refund

Once a project, consultation, or service has been initiated, resources, time, and costs are immediately allocated.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made due to a technical error
  • Payment deducted but service engagement not initiated due to fault on our end
  • Payment failure where amount is debited but not reflected in our system

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval by Jellylogic.


4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services already delivered, partially delivered, or in progress
  • Client dissatisfaction after work has commenced or deliverables shared
  • Delays caused due to lack of inputs, approvals, or communication from the client
  • Change in business decisions, priorities, or scope by the client
  • Services purchased through custom proposals or agreements

5. Refund Process & Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–30 working days, depending on the payment gateway and banking partner
  • Jellylogic is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors

6. Dispute Resolution

For any concerns related to payments or services, clients are encouraged to reach out to us first. We aim to resolve issues in a fair and transparent manner.
